Operations & Tours Manager

The Operations & Tours Manager will play a critical role within Gabrieli’s small but dynamic team. Jointly reporting to the Director of Development & Strategy and Director of Roar & Communications, the Operations & Tours Manager will oversee the operational requirements of all rehearsals, performances and recordings, in addition to line managing the Operations Coordinator. Alongside a part-time bookkeeper and Gabrieli’s directors, the position is instrumental in the careful administration, oversight and reporting of project finances.

With a busy calendar of national and international touring, the role requires frequent travel, acting as the central point of call for Gabrieli’s world-class professional musicians. Leading on Gabrieli's artistic planning and sales, the Operations & Tours Manager will be required to secure performance engagements, building and maintaining strong relationships with promoters, agents, and tour and recording partners.

The Operations & Tours Manager will work closely with Gabrieli founder and Artistic Director, Paul McCreesh, to realise an ambitious artistic vision, as well as facilitating and supporting all artistic work, building positive connections with guest and core artists, as well as the artistic leadership team.
