Orchestra of the Swan is a professional chamber orchestra with a 7 million audio streaming audience and a rising national and international reputation for innovation and quality. The Swan is resident in Stratford upon Avon, at Warwick Hall, The Courtyard Hereford, the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and Drapers’ Hall Coventry, and performs around 45 concerts per year - a combination of conventional classical programming and our more esoteric Night Owl concert series, with guest artists from the jazz and folk genres, cabaret seating and bespoke lighting. Our numerous recordings have received outstanding critical acclaim.
Activity in the concert hall is supported by a nationally recognised programme of regional activity in care homes, dementia cafés, schools and in rural communities along with a particular focus on the Armed Forces community in Herefordshire.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Orchestra/Concert Manager to manage our excellent pool of orchestral musicians as the brand builds nationally and internationally. The role will include managing all aspects of player booking/payments and all concert/recording/filming logistics. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in these areas within the performing arts sector.
