The Orchestras and Ensembles Assistant Manager works alongside the Orchestras and Ensembles Managers, Librarian and Administrator in managing aspects of all college orchestra, ensemble and chorus activity. You will have a thorough knowledge of music, particularly orchestral and choral repertoire, a music degree or equivalent, previous experience working in an arts administration environment, proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and Sibelius notation software and possess a current driving licence. A willingness to work flexible hours with limited supervision is essential. The post will suit a proactive, organised individual with a desire to work in orchestra management, working effectively alongside students, staff and professional musicians.
