The RSNO are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual for the role of Planning Officer. This is an exciting time to join the organisation as Scotland’s Studio, a new world-class recording facility, is launched. The Planning Team is responsible for: all RSNO artistic planning; scheduling the Orchestra’s live, recorded, broadcast and touring work; engaging international artists including the RSNO Artistic Team, guest conductors and soloists; and building creative partnerships. The RSNO aims to offer a warm welcome to guest musicians by creating a positive working environment and by offering the very highest standards of artist care. The Planning Officer supports the Head of Planning and the Planning Manager with the organisation of orchestral activity, recording, learning activity and special projects. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. Meticulous attention to detail is essential, as are excellent verbal and written communication skills.
