Producer (Families, Young People and Pathways)

This is a new role to manage and develop activity across Wigmore Hall’s expanding programme
with families and young people, as well as its training and development programme, Pathways.

These programmes include creative music making activity with: autistic young people, women
and children who have experienced domestic abuse, people experiencing homelessness and
poverty, young people impacted by the criminal justice system, and early career musicians.

The Producer will be part of a collaborative, creative and supportive team in the Wigmore Hall
learning and participation department, working closely with the Programme Manager (Families
and Young People), Director of Learning and Participation, and other colleagues in the
department and wider organisation, as well as musicians, workshop leaders, partner
organisations and participants.

The next ABO conference will take place in Gateshead,
hosted by The Glasshouse International Centre for Music, from 5-7 February 2025.
