We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as a Production Co-ordinator (Learning & Community Engagement & Operations). This is a varied role, providing a unique opportunity to work alongside some of the most accomplished musicians and arts professionals in the business as well as contributing to  Northern Ireland’s cultural scene!

The Learning and Community Engagement (LCE) programme is a key strategic activity within the Artistic Planning & Operations team. It aims to build on the Orchestra’s successful education and outreach activity over the past 30 years while developing new strategic partnerships to enrich the lives of people of all ages from all communities across Northern Ireland.

Reporting to the Deputy Production Manager, the Production Co-ordinator (LCE & Operations) will work primarily on coordinating specific LCE projects and events, and requires strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. You will also require strong written and verbal communication skills for liaising with musicians and external partners. As part of the wider Artistic Planning and Operations team, you will provide support across the function, working alongside other Production Co-ordinators. Weekend and evening work is to be expected, along with travel as required across Northern Ireland.
