The Royal College of Music (RCM) is one of the world's greatest conservatoires. Our excellence was recognised by the 2021 QS World University Rankings, in which we ranked as the top institution for performing arts in the UK for the sixth consecutive year, and top in Europe for second year running.

The RCM wishes to appoint a full-time Professional Engagements Coordinator. The position is based in the RCM’s flagship careers department – the Creative Careers Centre. The Centre offers a broad range of services for RCM students and graduates, providing external performance opportunities, information, advice, guidance, training, and access to networks as they progress into the professional world. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating the Professional Engagements Service and a broad range of administrative tasks to support this vital work.

An excellent communicator, you will have demonstrable customer service and administrative experience, and strong attention to detail and organisational skills. You will understand the specialist support required for musicians entering the classical music profession, and be able to work efficiently and effectively with staff, musicians, and clients.

This post is offered on a permanent, full-time, basis and is available from 25 April 2022.
