The RCM wishes to appoint a full-time Professional Engagements Coordinator (a job share arrangement may be considered for suitable candidates). The position is based in the RCM’s flagship careers department – the Creative Careers Centre. The Centre offers a broad range of services for RCM students and graduates, providing external performance opportunities, information, advice, guidance, training, and access to networks as they progress into the professional world. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating the Professional Engagements Service and a broad range of administrative tasks to support this vital work.

An excellent communicator, you will have demonstrable customer service and administrative experience, and strong attention to detail and organisational skills. You will understand the specialist support required for musicians entering the classical music profession, and be able to work efficiently and effectively with staff, musicians, and clients.

This post is offered on a permanent, full-time, basis and is available immediately. A job share arrangement may be considered for suitable candidates.
