Programme Manager, National Youth Folk Ensemble

This post, for an experienced and skilled music education manager, is a key role within the EFDSS Education team.
The post-holder will be responsible for the development and delivery of the National Youth Folk Ensemble programme, which takes place across England. During the Ensemble’s residential courses, the Programme Manager oversees the artistic team and pastoral team, and gives pastoral support to the young musicians.
Working with the Education Director, the Programme Manager will contribute to strategies and plans to develop EFDSS’ national education programme including contributing to Arts Council England’s Inclusivity and Relevance Principle (which incorporates the Creative Case for Diversity).
