Association of British Orchestras

Programmes Manager

Orchestras for All £25,000 – £28,000 Closing date 29 November 2021
Orchestras for All is looking for a Programmes Manager to join its dynamic team on a full-time basis. With the support of the Head of Programmes, the Programmes Manager will lead on the complex logistical planning required in the months leading up to, and during, each National Orchestra for All (NOFA) season and event, side-by-side with managing youth voice and ownership within the charity – empowering young people’s perspectives to be heard at every stage of our planning.

The role involves building strong relationships with hard-to-reach families and young people, supporting each NOFA member to overcome specific access barriers, and ensuring their attendance and inclusion at each event and activity. The Programmes Manager is also responsible for the budget management of NOFA and, with support from research partners, carrying out the programme's impact and evaluation work.

Alongside this, the Programmes Manager will be involved in assisting other members of the team with ongoing tasks such as fundraising, developing the communications strategy, and supporting OFA’s two other programmes, Modulo and Music Leadership Training.
