The Registry team takes pride in providing a high quality, efficient service in the administration and management of the Royal College of Music’s undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The Registry Administrator (Undergraduate Programmes) works as part of the Programmes Team and is a principal point of contact for students, having responsibility for administration of the full student cycle from registration to examination - conducted through public recitals, as well as maintaining records of individual music lessons with our part-time professors - most of whom are busy professional musicians. In addition, the Programmes Team plays a vital role in ensuring high quality data on the RCM’s student information system.

We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:

• You should be an experienced higher education administrator, preferably with knowledge of academic programmes administration
• You should have excellent organisational skills, be able to manage a varied workload efficiently and deal with operational issues independently
• You should be experienced in providing a high standard of administrative service, with excellent written and oral communication skills
• You should have a practical knowledge of music, preferably of a classical nature
• You should have strong IT skills, with sound knowledge of MS Excel

This post is offered on a fixed-term, full-time basis and is available from the end of January 2023
