The RSNO are looking to recruit a highly motivated and resourceful individual to champion our customer care and drive sales. The post holder will support existing customers to return to the RSNO post-pandemic and encourage new customers to engage with the Orchestra for the first time. An excellent communicator, you will have a passion for promoting excellent customer care, a keen interest in the arts and an ability to balance competing priorities. Previous sales or box office experience would be beneficial in this role.

The role is a one-year fixed term contract.
