As part of our fundraising activities, the RCM Development team secures almost £2M towards student scholarships annually, and this role will provide key administrative assistance to ensure processes run smoothly. The postholder will gain an insight into our various activities, including fundraising from individuals, trusts and foundations, as well as membership and major giving, and will work alongside experienced fundraisers on a variety of assignments and projects. It is an excellent starting point for someone interested in a career in the arts, fundraising or events. We are looking for candidates who:

• Have excellent attention to detail and enjoy proofreading
• Can act with discretion in dealing with sensitive information
• Are interested in learning about fundraising and its role in the arts/education ecosystems

This post is offered on a three-month fixed-term basis and is available from August 2022.
