Senior Development Officer (Corporate Partnerships)
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 | Full time (or 4 days – salary pro-rated) | Poole
The Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra (BSO) is seeking a motivated Senior Development Officer to grow and steward our corporate partnerships. This is an exciting chance to combine relationship-building, fundraising, and creativity in support of one of the UK’s leading orchestras.
You’ll:
• Manage and develop BSO’s portfolio of corporate sponsors
• Create and deliver tailored partnership offers
• Build strong relationships that benefit both businesses and the arts
We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, and commercially minded, with experience in partnerships, fundraising, or client-facing roles. A passion for music and the arts is a must.
