Team Assistant, (Learning Administrator), BBC Proms
BBC £28 - 30k Closing date 02 March 2022
We are the Learning Team for the BBC Proms and London-based BBC Orchestras and Choirs. We produce high-quality and creative learning experiences and content which offer as many people as possible the chance to engage with the music we make at the BBC. We are a team of people who love music and are committed to nurturing talent and championing engagement with live music.
The BBC Proms is the largest classical music festival in the world. We run over 100 live events a year at the festival, nearly all of them are broadcast on the BBC. In any single week at the BBC Proms you could experience singer-songwriter Moses Sumney, the London Symphony Orchestra with conductor Simon Rattle, jazz saxophonist Nubya Garcia and the BBC Orchestras and Choirs. • are excited about music and live events and want to share your enthusiasm with others
• can communicate collaboratively and confidently with a wide range of people
• can work methodically, systematically and with accuracy and attention to detail
• can bring a flexible approach; working well on your own initiative as well as part of a team in a timely and organised way
