We are seeking to appoint a Technology Projects Engineer to join the busy IT service desk team at the RCM, which supports over 1700 users based in South Kensington. The postholder will report to the Deputy Technology Manager and act as one of the main point of contacts for Technology Projects and first response for 3rd line calls.
We are seeking candidates with the following skills and attributes:
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office 365, MS Azure, Outlook and Windows OS maintenance, administration and troubleshooting of HP network switches.
• Intermediate experience of Hardware equipment; Active Directory & Server administration; SCCM; Telephone VOIP Support (Mitel)
• Excellent inter-personal and customer service skills, ideally in a similar internal support environment, with an approachable attitude and a genuine interest in IT
• Effective project management experience and skills with a keen attention to detail

The postholder will also have a great degree of independence in their work, with a supportive management structure.
