Orchestras for All is seeking a freelance Wellbeing Lead to join our 2021-22 National Orchestra for All season. This new role within our team will work side-by-side with our programmes team to deliver our wellbeing priorities and be the first port of call for wellbeing colleagues around child protection, duty of care, and safeguarding prior to and during National Orchestra for All courses and events.
As a champion of wellbeing, you will love placing health, comfort and happiness at the heart of programme delivery, ensuring that there is equity in our offer and that all reasonable adjustments are being made to accommodate individual personal, social or cognitive issues that young people we work with might be experiencing to maximise inclusion.
