Association of British Orchestras

Wellbeing Lead

Orchestras for All £265 per project day (£29.66 per hour for any work completed in advance of projects) Closing date 09 January 2023
OFA is seeking a freelance Wellbeing Lead to join its team. This role will work side-by-side with the charity’s programmes team to deliver its wellbeing priorities and be the first port of call for other wellbeing colleagues around child protection, duty of care, wellbeing and safeguarding, prior to and during OFA’s activity.

As a champion of wellbeing and inclusion, you will ensure there is equity in our offer and that adjustments are being made to accommodate individual personal, social or cognitive challenges the young people we work with might be facing. In doing so, you will help our team maximise inclusion and ensure that we are truly Orchestras for All.

The Wellbeing Lead will play a crucial role in leading us into the next stage of our development, ensuring that we continue to break down barriers for young people across the UK.

For the full details about the role, including the responsibilities and requirements, please see the application pack on our website.

To apply for the role, please complete the form on our website by 10:00am Monday 9th January 2023.
