We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Programme Assistant to support the delivery of Britten Sinfonia’s Learning & Participation (L&P) programme. Working closely with the L&P Programme Manager and L&P Director, this role plays an important role in the development and delivery of a diverse programme of activity, supporting our work with children and young people across the East of England, and the professional development of early-career composers. The role reports to the Learning & Participation Programme Producer.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career arts professional to gain hands-on experience across project delivery and administration within one of the UK’s leading ensembles.
