The Registry aims to provide a high quality, efficient service in the administration and management of the RCM’s undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. The Registry Administrator (Doctoral & Music Education Programmes) works as part of the Programmes Team and in collaboration with Academic Programme Management team. The post holder has responsibility for administration of the full academic cycle for Doctoral students and supports the administration of the RCM’s collaborative and Music Education programmes, in particular, the arrangements for education placements for MMusEd Teaching Musician students.
We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:
• You should be an experienced higher education administrator, preferably with knowledge of academic programmes administration
• You should have excellent organisational skills, be able to manage a varied workload efficiently and deal with operational issues independently
• You should be experienced in providing a high standard of administrative service, with excellent written and oral communication skills
• You should have a practical knowledge of classical music
• You should have strong IT skills, with sound knowledge of MS Excel
This post is offered on a full-time, 11-month fixed-term basis and is available from February 2026.
