This is a great opportunity for an experienced artist manager to join our team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Worldwide management and strategic career guidance of Conductors and Instrumentalists
• Scouting, developing artist roster and generating commission growth
• You will bring senior level industry contacts and identify new external partners
• Managing experienced and established artists as well as developing and nurturing new talent
• Actively work to expand and strengthen promoter relationships
• Line manage and lead a team effectively, encouraging, supporting and developing growth within the department
• Handle important contract negotiations
• Resolves tricky situations calmly and effectively
• Travel aboard as an ambassador and trusted representative of the company
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU
• Significant experience in artist management or senior roles within the classical music industry
• Experience and proven success in scouting and developing new and emerging talent
• Exemplary relationship building across all levels of artist management
• Proven track record of long-term strategic career planning, important contract and fee negotiations
• Extensive relationships at all levels including but not limited to promoters and artists
• Has led and managed teams always acting as a role model
• Able to resolve tricky situations calmly and effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
