The ABO has launched its conference app for the ABO Conference 2026 with partner CrowdComms.

We will be using the app considerably for interactions within the sessions, and it also includes lots of information to help you plan your visit. We recommend downloading the app in advance so you receive the most up to date information in advance, as well as being able to set up your delegate profile with your contact information.

We're also using the hashtag #abo2026 on social media, please tag us in your posts and pictures!

What's in the app?

The app includes lots of information to help you plan your visit as well as ways to interact with speakers and other delegates during the sessions. From the app you can:

• View the Conference Schedule and create your personal agenda
• Find other Delegate Profiles and share Business Cards
• View Speaker Profiles and biographies
• Visit our Partners and Sponsors pages, including the ABO Marketplace, as well as our Host Venue and Orchestras
• Post your experience on the Activity Feed throughout the conference
• Engage live with sessions using the Q&A and Live Poll features
• Read important information and our FAQs

Logging in

You will be asked to provide the email address used to book your conference place, and to create a password. Please note that in order to fully register you will have to consent to CrowdComms's data consent and privacy policy.

Once logged in, you will see a homepage with links to conference information. On tapping the right-hand-side menu at the top of the screen, you will be able to personalise your profile, add your photo, chat with other attendees, and create your own personal agenda based on the conference sessions.

Troubleshooting

If you're struggling to login to the app please reach out to the ABO team, either by email info@abo.org.uk or visit us at the registration desk.

Used the app last year? If you attended last year's conference and used the CrowdComms app, you may be told you don't have access when you put your email address in. Click "Go back to portal" where you'll then be able to put in this year's event code abo2026. You can use the same password as last year, or click to reset it if you don't remember it.
