This practical training course which will cover the various aspects of how to manage creative people
COURSE OUTLINE
The course will be comprised of sessions covering issues such as the characteristics of creative people in the workplace, managing under-performing colleagues, managing ‘unreasonable’ behaviours, as well as asking attendees to think about how they manage their own creativity
LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Develop an understanding of how to recognise the key characteristics of creative people
- Gain an insight into how to prevent childlike behaviour from becoming childish
- Develop skills in performance management including appraisals
- Understand how to manage your own creativity

Cancellations may be made in writing or by email to the ABO (info@abo.org.uk) up to two weeks before the event date and refunds may be made at the discretion of the ABO; thereafter the full total is payable.
