Artist Manager

Maestro Arts are currently looking for an Artist Manager with a minimum of 3+ years’ relevant experience. The successful applicant will join our dedicated team in representing some of today’s finest musicians and creatives. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Artist Manager is responsible for the careers of a portfolio of artists, including devising tailored strategies, developing projects, and working with colleagues and promoters to implement them in line with the Company’s mission of creative partnership and innovation.
We are looking for an outstanding individual who shares our principles of artistic excellence and integrity in an arts world without borders. The successful candidate will:
- Have proven experience (minimum of 3+ years) as an Artist Manager, or in a similar role within the classical music sector
- Be highly organised, proactive, resourceful and a strong team player
- Be persuasive, with the ability to build and sustain long-term working relationships
- Have a strong knowledge and appreciation of the performing arts, in particular music
- Have a proven track record of concept development
- Be able to think creatively, act innovatively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrate sound professional judgement and discretion
- Be highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Additional European language skills would be an advantage
Hours: Full time, hybrid. The role involves regular international travel
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
