NCO's Head of Safeguarding and Support will provide expert safeguarding oversight across the organisation, acting as a key point of contact for safeguarding concerns and supporting staff, freelance teams and families. They will develop and maintain safeguarding policies and procedures, ensure appropriate training and safer recruitment practices, and provide guidance on behaviour, wellbeing and inclusion.
