Association of British Orchestras

Learning Projects Coordinator

Royal Liverpool Philharmonic £24,968 Closing date 22 April 2026
Liverpool Philharmonic’s youth programmes have gone from strength to strength over the years, now working with thousands of children and young people every week. We’re currently recruiting for a Learning Projects Coordinator, working at the heart of our youth programmes, directly making a difference in the lives of children and young people.

The Learning Projects Coordinator will help ensure the successful operation of Liverpool Philharmonic’s Learning programmes. As part of our Youth Company team, you’ll help facilitate all aspects of our rehearsals, projects, events and activities for children, young people and our communities, often working in the evenings and weekends. You’ll be responsible for setting up rehearsals and activities, supporting artistic teams to inspire the next generation of young musicians. You will manage relationships with participants, partners and stakeholders, serving as a first point of contact and providing support for all involved. You’ll also use evaluation and feedback from participants to help increase our accessibility and grow our reach and diversity. If you’re motivated and organised, and a confident communicator with a great knowledge of music, we’d love to hear from you.
